@@TheGrafBoys Fellas I'm very sorry to hear that. Egan was always available with sage advise for us younger hunters at Waikaremoana when we were struggling to find a deer in the meat hunting days of 1970's and 80's. I had the privilege of sharing a handful of hunts with Egan during that period including trying to track down a pack of dogs attacking a local farmers sheep. Egan and I never did catch the dogs - turns out it was the farmer's own dogs and he caught them in the act so took appropriate action on the spot.
