Roast Chicken and Vegetables in the Instant Pot Duo Crisp + Air Fryer

In this video I roast a chicken with roasted potatoes, parsnip and carrots. It was delightful.
I pressure cooked the chicken for 10 minutes and air fried it for a further 15 mins, it was cooked to perfection. I air fried the veg for 25 mins.

I use it all the time.for my baby potatoes and carrots, Brussel sprouts etc. So handy now that it's only my husband and I at home now. Enjoy 😊

Hi Grawnya. I am an Instant Pot, Air Fryer virgin. I bought mine a couple of days ago and yours is the first instruction video I have watched (mainly because of your accent lol). I live in South Wales and would love it if you could give measurements in UK version as I struggle with US measurements. My chicken is cooking as we speak, wish me luck xx

Thanks for this video! Is your pressure cooker the 8 quart or 5 quart model? I have the 5 quart - trying to work out if it can still cook a whole chicken.

I think it's actually a 6 quart, I'm sorry I didn't get the 8 quart. I'm looking forward to getting it out again now that the BBQ season is almost over. 💞

OMG Grawnya's that looks just delicious. I may have to turn in my regular instant pot for the air fryer model. Maybe when you took the chicken out you could have turned the veggies up to 400

If using an 8 quart you need a minimum of 1.5 cups of liquid. Looks good.

Grawnya, the booklet that came with the instapot duo crisp says you have to use the ceramic inner basket or it won't work. Did you have any issues? It looks like it cooked great without it.

Instant pot is great Kev, they are on sale at the moment with the fryer, if you want one without the fryer you'll get them cheap on Marketplace. I love it 🥰
