Hey Foodies, Today I am sharing Roasted Potatoes Recipe... With a secret ingredient for crispiness.. Made in Cafe Style :)

Potatoes - 10-12 small
Garlic - 6 cloves
Butter - 1 1/2 tbsp
Chili Flakes - 1 tsp
Mix Herbs - 1/2 tsp
Oregano Seasoning - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 + 1/2 tsp
Coriander Leaves - 1 tbsp
Rice Powder - 1/2 tsp

Actually you can still achieve similar if not the same results if you use the grill on in the oven if you don’t have an air fryer I guess

Just a constructive feedback You should also give a clear option for baking in Oven/oil fry in such recipe since not everyone has an Air Fryer. I know you have mentioned baking time but it was kind of hidden and most people without Air Fryer would have left the video by then 🙂

Thank you for the recipe. I do make them. My tip is to marinate the potatoes with spices for a few minutes without adding the salt, otherwise they start getting watery. Add the salt just before baking them. In this way the spices will steep into the inside of the potatoes and not leave them bland.

Made this morning and omg super delicious! I didn't use my air fryer cause I was being lazy to take it out 🤭 I made in pan on stove and they came out crispy and soft on the inside like you said. Kids loved them! 💕👌🏽

@@farahiqbal1824 Hi, I used some oil in the pan and sautéed until cooked about 25 minutes on low flame. I did use my toaster oven to roast the garlic tho (that's an extra step but the garlic tastes amazing like that) then I added it to the cooked potatoes at the end with off flame. And I did not use the rice flour 💞

I heard that an airfryer is just an oven in a different shape and size, so you can definitely use an oven for this.

I made this earlier this evening but left the skins on the potatoes and it worked wonderfully. I was surprised at how much of a difference boiling the potatoes before frying made. You can bake it in convection mode, on highest temperature of your microwave / otg for 15-25 minimum (time varies from oven to oven) You'll know when it gets crispy or golden brown in colour. Ps- You won't get as similar results (crispness & texture) in convection oven as shown in this video 'cause he made it in an "air fryer" it is especially designed to give results like deep fry. But it'll still turn out good when you bake it.

Can you please make a video on how to differentiate between French fries potato and the Mash potato? in my locality/Online stores they don't have a tag or name to it, Just says Potato sometimes Organically grown, I really can't tell which kind they are, Would be really helpful.
