Ingredients:
8-10 red potatoes
1.1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper
pinch of salt
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tbsp minced garlic
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit .
- Rinse potatoes to remove any dirt.
- cut into halves.
- dry with paper towel.
- add all ingredients to potatoes and combine.
- place potatoes into baking dish.
- bake @ 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 45 minutes.
_ garnish with fresh chopped cilantro.
- serve and enjoy.
