Dear Wes I have only 1 question and i dont know how to get in touch with you.... Lets say that i am running and add and im logging offline events. Lets say that a person contacts me on 1/1/2022 and makes an enquiry but does not purchase. Now i make an entry in the offline events as enquiry with time stamp as 1/1/2022 and upload it. Now this same person changes his mind after thinking for 1 month, calls me on 1/2/2022 and makes a purchase. So in this case should i make a new entry of purchase in the offline events and upload or should i change the old entry from enquiry to purchase?
