Gronk is my favorite athlete of all time but I don't think he'll be the number one tight end. He gets injured to often.

First Last It's not like he's has glass bones or something. He has just been super unlucky. The injuries he's received and come back from would end careers of smaller guys. If Tony G was hit like that by Ward it would have been the same thing. Let's hope Gronk comes back and stays healthy.

Which is lame...because the big qualifier for Fair Use is, Does the sum of the parts of your work equal a unique piece of art, that stands on its own, independent of the original. Seems fair use is a large grey space, with very few defined borders.

The weird thing about this, too, is that there is so much media within the realm of sports. It's odd that in-game talk is not prohibited for reissue, but somehow, other forms of their same media are, i.e. pre-and-post game, certain NFL films footage, etc. It's just ridiculous.

If I'm right, most of the third-party claims are generated by automatic sound clip or video clip recognition. No human being is thinking at all about how you're using them. Smiae That is normally the case. But The way I'm editing videos, they don't typically pick up on mine via automated system. Now I get manually detected claims on my videos. So someone is actually coming to my channel and blocking videos on behalf of certain leagues.

Joseph Vincent That's really disappointing. Sadly, KZfaq's system shifts the burden of proof so much in favour of the accuser that you have no chance to state your case or appeal to anyone. Well, for what it's worth, your videos are incredible! They're really immersive and they make me want to dig deeper into football. They're making a lot of people happy and you deserve each bit of revenue that copyright systems try to deny you.

Uncle Ruckus There have only been a few elite-level tight ends since the 1980s (when I started watching and playing football). Tony Gonzalez, Shannon Sharpe, Ben Coates, Jason Witten, Jimmy Graham, and Rob Gronkowski are among them. Sharpe and Graham probably don't make the cut because they are/were basically big receivers (and blocked like them). Coates didn't have longevity, but was the total package and for four or five years or so could not be stopped. That leaves Gonzo, Witten, and Gronk. Of those three, Gronk is the best at his position, that includes blocking, followed by Gonzo and then Witten, although you could make the case that Witten should be #2 and I wouldn't quibble. Gronkowski is a once-in-a-generation player. If you were picking TEs for your team and didn't take him if you had the chance, you'd be settling for less no matter who else you chose.
