For me, there's something just comforting about TBRPGs. I love the combat, the grinding, and strategy that went into playing older games. Lots of good new stuff too, but my heart will always love TBRPGs.

Health wise, I hope Rob is doing all right and that his 2021 is better than 2020. It's always great to see him. I would love to see a follow-up video on how Final Fantasy 7 Remake's ending will hit him. For me, it was a 10/10 game up until those last episodes. It kind of knocked it to a 7/10. I truly hope both of you guys find a way to play Fantasian someday. I know you both won't regret it.

So few people, when talking about FF7R, talk about just how amazing the music is in that game. They not only made the music sound incredible, but they also used it in amazing ways. The game has perfectly crafted experiences which drop each element in perfectly chosen points in time that even something as simple as a boss theme coming in was enough to give me goosebumps.

@@damonke79 Agree! I think the developers really had to be very creative with the limited hardware they had to make make you feel something and I thought it was done masterfully. A few things to add to their conversation: the change of combat has been to try and mimic Advent Children in a game. That’s been the goal since 12 according to quite a few interviews. Fiscally also since the severe failed experiment of Spirits Within, Square mainly looks at bottom lines. The new mixed combat consistently sells better than turn based. I imagine this has to do with the change to DQ12 as DQ still has 3-5 as the best selling games in the franchise. They are probably hedging bets by rereleasing 3.
