I love anything that focuses on a lot of teleports.

Teleport passive now has 500% damage and with tempers and now giving you AOE, extra damage and specific cool down to teleport. Won't need any other skill. Damage % up to 200% per item.

Frosty Boots got nerfed big time, doesn't do flat damage anymore, crit percentage you have equals percentage chance to freeze. Although you still can get temper up to 40% to apply up to 40K cold damage on lucky hit.

Some very interesting changes to flame shield life save passive and hydras come standard with 2 instead of 1. Which means can have 3 out with aspect. 4 if you include the enchantment.

They nerfed the new frozen orb unique, changed how the conjurations occur, limited to you casting frozen orb not your conjurations.

The problem with d4 is you can makes these awesome builds that work or you can invent warp drive technology, these types of minds are being wasted on video games when they need to be advancing human civilization, d4 has no idea what it wants to be, im right between a casual and hardcore gamer, ill take the paragon nodes and aspects that seem the best, the most damage and life and damage reduction i can get, crit dmg vulnerable the whole thing, tons of life, one shot in a t50 pit, the way boss mechanics are its ten million times harder on console than on pc, no props for beating any ubers on pc lol. I got way closer to the end end game of poe on my own build than i can in d4, i dont wanna copy a build and i dont want to have to do what feels like a hell of a chore to get wven to pit100 let alone 200.

This is why blizzard made a ptr. To nerf fun builds. Ppl need to stop playing the ptr so they have nothing to nerf and have to nerf it in the live game which take months to do.

I'm currently using this build on controller. Don't have enough cool down to keep fire shield up 100% so I'm using ice armor too. But it's literally auto attack teleport auto attack teleport flameshield rinse and repeat

Yes high endgame build, because for spamming like this without any cooldowns and reset that fast u Need really high stats that u can achieve only in endgame.

You only WANT 2 skills... a random active cool down gets reduced each proc... if there's only 1 skill on cooldown, it's no longer random. It's how you maintain 100% uptime on Fire Shield.
