Just got to know Robbie from the series Wentworth, where he plays a CO Johnson. I am a Puerto Rican that been. Residing in the United States for the most part of my Life. Watching this video of Robbie's parents and looking at that beautiful land of theirs took me back to my own background. Great actor and great TV series. Netflix is where the series have been playing in case any one is interested to know.

The life in Samoa at 1972 was so simple you can rely on the land, and sea for food and everything, I disagree with the Mum. the only person worry is a lazy person.
@Skybar237 жыл бұрын
disagree. You only had good labour to run your own land if you had a big familiy. Thats why a lot of island families migrated to NZ...for better life for thier kids financially.

even though it was simple life back in the 70s, some people struggled but i think it all depended on what parents wanted for their children. so, the mother is right in her own way for her concern for her family esp her children. different families have different views and expectations.

My dad left Samoa in the 70s because he wanted his children to have a better education and have better opportunities for work.
