I'm a 51 year old guy from Stoke on Trent who's never really been a Robbie fan. But, sir, you have done a marvellous thing. Bringing music, Manchester and humility to us all. You have brought me genuinely to tears. Respect and love to Manchester.

I am on my sofa in tears. he has me crying. Manchester has me crying. the power of people with love on their side sounds spectacular and carried a man who simply had nothing left to give and had no energy to give it with. the emotion in his voice and eyes was real. he needed everyone's help and they did nt let him down. They finished what he started and they let him cry........ I will be tuned in tomorrow to watch it live and give my support to Manchester. 😗😙😚👨👩👧👦❤💞💝

To the 106 who Disliked this? You are a disgrace! He's a genuine man. A father & a good human being! You're thumbs down is an insult to all the children & people who lost there lives that night. RIP Angels xxx

I'm 39 & went to this concert last Friday at the Etihad stadium in Manchester with my brother & a few friends. Robbie Williams was the soundtrack to my late teens & my brothers childhood & we bonded over his music. I've been to dozens of concerts & gigs but have to say this topped them all. We were in tears as Robbie broke down & we belted out the song for him & the 22 that were taken away far too soon

Still brings a tear to my eyes when I see this. The atmosphere in that stadium on that night was unreal and it carried on even after the show was over. People singing in the streets. There wasn't a dry eye in that arena that night when he sang angels. Amazing!! Absolutely love Robbie ❤

I have never really been a Robbie Williams fan, but have total respect for him in getting through that song when he is overcome by emotion. And for the crowd to carry on and carry him through.

Such an emotional moment for him and everyone else. What amazes me was how the crowd just kept singing and also they sounded pretty good by the way. For some reason I always feel like British fans in general sound really good when they’re encouraged to sing at a concert.

I was there that night and the atmosphere was above and beyond anything that I could ever possibly describe in words. For me it was poignant not just because this was the first night of the tour, it was literally two weeks after the Manchester Arena attack. Because of obvious safety concerns, the show almost never happened but Rob insisted that it did because the people of Manchester wanted to it to go ahead. For me personally, my husband had passed away only 9 weeks and subsequently, I misscarried our son eight days later, prior to attending this show. (My husband was originally due to go to the show with me) It was the first time I had heard ‘Angels’ or in fact any music since his death. So watching this at the time was emotional rollercoaster to say I the least. It’s odd what the KZfaq recommendation list gives you at random and this is the first time I’ve seen the sense that Friday night and a lot of emotions have just come back watching it and I just remember how proud I was of Manchester that night and how proud I am to have been a fan of Rob’s for the past 30 years. So to you Aurelia B , even though I know you made your post two years ago, thank you for your kind words as it does mean a lot to me. 🙂💖💖💖

Wow! If i be honest i have no words to say you are amazing and your comment really touched me. Thank you so much for telling your story. You’re incredibly strong! All the best to you, your family and friends and everyone you love 😚💗💗

@@aureliab2948 Oh my, Thank you! 😀 It’s the anniversary of my husband’s death on 6th February (2017) and my son (whom I named him ‘Benjamin Jonty’ after my hubby) on the 14th February. I really just try to keep busy and have found myself listening/watching a lot of both Rob’s & Take That’s music on KZfaq recently and it does help. I would like to extend the complement back you and always remember..... 💖💖👼👼🧖♀️🧖🧖♂️“WERE LOVING ANGELS INSTEAD!”🧖♀️🧖🧖♂️👼👼💖💖

@@Micegift yeah and all that with severe back problems (slipped discs) I saw him later that year same tour and have left an envalope for my besty on my table with the passwords to manage my digital inheritance because I felt so glum the show was amazing ..... and fun fact I noticed after seeing him live 3 times he hardly ever sings angels lol most of the time he is choked up by then by emotions but it is ok we got his back :-D

Well said. He needed the crowd and they were right behind him. Robbie is a true manc and this video shows it. Probably sung this song thousands of times but the one time he couldn't the crowd stepped in. That's why you have to love Manchester xx

Hearing so many people singing together is one of the most powerful things for me. Strongly affected by the history of my country (we basically sang ourselves free) and the regular singing festivals with around 100 000 people attending every time. It's just. Man. This video, hearing this, moves me a lot.
