Expensive sausage rolls always have far too high a meat to pastry ratio. Theyre like eating a slab of cold, hard compressed meat. Not good at all.

Took me a second to realise I'd had that ginger pig sausage roll, I saved it for the train home to Manchester and remember it being well nice. But I don't think I had one bad edible experience for 4 days its that competitive in London 😋

You need to go to Hook Norton in Oxfordshire. Got a little butchers that does great sausage rolls, there’s also a Victorian brewery there too which would be right up your street!

I'm not saying it's the rule but the most expensive ones i've bought before and hoped to be really nice have been some of my least favourite ever, just get the cheap ones where it's all totally mashed into a paste so you can't tell wtf is in it! , can't be doing with any gross gristley chunks that i can't chew which seem to be predominant in the pricier ones

I feel like Chelsa would like the sausage roll offerings of Gloucester services. Posh but not, greasy to the extent you will burn yourself. I had one on the way to Download last week, it was good but after Robbie waxing lyrical about the best sausagw rolls he has had in previous videos I wanted something more from such a posh roadside establishment filled with octaoenarians.

if your taking it home to re-heat @RobbieB2606 is 100% correct with Morrisons, if eating in the wild Greggs all day (sorry) , your biggest mistake was to say "Cumberland" Cumberland is an over peppered over spiced nasty sausage and why i don't eat Ginsters, or like Ginsters.
