This was the first time I had set this tent up, didn’t really know what it would be like, we had hiked a good 8 miles, sadly I had to carry a 55 pound pack so I didn’t have any time to compose myself hence it was just an initial assessment. That very night we were hit with 50 mph plus winds, sleet, snow and ice rain, tent performed flawlessly. Think it’s a tent that’s been overlooked by many

@@K9OutdoorsSearchTeam It’s solid design and if it has good poles it will stand up to a lot. For the money it’s a good buy.

Your welcome Jake. You will be happy with the tent, it withstood crazy winds on its first night out, winds that changed direction and that were hitting us side on. Really quick to set up and peg out, it’s a warm cosy tent too. For two it’s perfect, for one a palace. Couple small niggles, tie ups for doors are a bit fiddly, bottom door near feet would be great if it had a mesh panel too. I got a Onetigris footprint that’s super light just to protect the floor. Can I ask you what size foot print you purchased and did you have to tailor it to size? I am heading out tomorrow for a night to trial the tent, will use an old tarp for the footprint for a night ..
