Seriously, I am not an actor and do not presume to be one, but from what I have seen of both Robert De-Niro's and Alec Baldwin's acting, Alec Baldwin seems to me like a better actor, perhaps more suited for character based roles and less for physical or action based roles, although I would not want to straight-jacket or type-cast Alec-Baldwin into any mold or any other aspiring actor, or even an accomplished actor including Robert De-Niro himself for that matter. Alec Baldwin may not make for a good raging bull, but he is perfect prize winning matador material, even without a sword or lance or whatever else it is actually called. if I had to choose between the two of them for playing any such role, I would naturally gravitate towards Alec Baldwin, and he would always be my first choice.
