I agree. Many spoke bad about Donald and assumed they did Robert wrong. I'm happy for Donald. I wish cellar would've stayed but fighters that want to become stars want full attention from their trainers. Good luck to them

This is the stuff more. It's all about ethics. Man this is what's missing in today's world. Roberts dad did a good job with him. Old school thinking its not always what's in it for me, sometimes you just have to do the right thing. Cuéllar is not much of a man, bad upbringing. To top it off he had his wife keeping an eye out on Robert. Be a man a handle your own business.

Robert Garcia should stop signing all these fighters and concentrate on the ones he already has. If not this will continue to be the outcome. Robert should give 100% to all his fighter not just one, there shouldn't be one "main" fighter. A fighter is only as good as his trainer.

Organizationally, RGBA gym is very dysfunctional. Perhaps the gym expanded beyond his imagination. But so far one thing remains the same, a very bad team. His fighters are dropping out at a rapid rate, experienced veterans who understand the sport were smart enough to realize Robert isnt that great - from the 5 + Argentinians that left simultaneously recently, to Mexicans like Rubio, Tyson Marquez Alfonso Gomez and countless others who expected a lot of one on one time but ended up with a non-inspriring son who is barely processing mit work let alone the mental aspect of the sport that only former athletes understand. Robert had that mystique when Donaire, Pavlik, Rios and Margarito won major fights in an overlapping manner but he also wasted those careers as well. They all lost their focus, lost their fights and contemplated retirement. Robert has a lot of prospects and needs to learn from his experience with not consistently keeping his finger on the pulse, fighters are emotional creatures which is why they resort to punishment as an occupation. He needs to introduce his fighters to his team in such a way that they respect the mit holders and corner men as they would Robert Garcia so they buy into their teachings. The staff needs to study the game more, become experts on every facet because fighters will sniff out bad information. They also need to get rid of Ellie, fighters are becoming aware of private information and conversations that make the team look like fools. He needs that mystique back and you earn it by showing value, hearing these conversations on Cuellar makes me question why he didn't throw Donald a bone and eat the taxes.
