I'm sure there is sincere value to someone in evaluating a $220,000 speaker, but for who? Of your 6,000 subscribers, how many folks have a $220K speaker on their short list? Your channel is a great resource but please consider the needs of a more mainstream audiophile. Loved the discussion on Advent and Magnepan. I appreciate this channel and will continue to support it, but please consider more reviews of high value audiophile products.

Wow he didn't even explain what the hell bending wave technology is. They don't explain that on their website. Just goes to show how little the price corresponds to the technology & raw material price in these audio brands.

First of all Gobel is not a great marketing name . Sounds like something creepy from. World War 2 . Secondary the speakers look terrible & the Price is ridiculous . When you can buy Magico, Focal, Sonus Faber , Wilson there's no need to do this. I bet these speakers will sell for the fraction of the price in 2 years time

First of all you never heard them, secondary there is never a sane reason why to buy expensive gear (least of all Magico haha). And buying something just as a gamble if it keeps its value is plain stupid. 😂

Goebel is the owner/designer's name. I try always to be respectful of an individual's background and heritage, maybe you and others like you should too. Furthermore, in the last few years, Goebel speakers have been developing a reputation for stellar engineering and performance. You might pass them up but if I ever had the chance to consider any of Goebel's speakers I would be auditioning with an eye toward buying them - long before I would think to buy any of the brands you name (in fact there are a lot of speaker brands I would buy over those). My advice is, be open to new information and learning.

@@nirodha35 Yr right , I haven't heard them , they could be sonically amazing but they still look like two refuse bins stuck together . Secondly considering they are physically a big speaker , it's a huge risk to ensure that this speaker is acoustically right for a listeners room , hence why the buyer might resale . Anyway what speakers do you own?

@@justadad2304 Fair enough it's the designer name but if you are going to market something , it's good to be aware of perception. Now I wish to learn something . What loudspeakers do you use? I use Imf tsl 50. Old speakers but sound superb
