Dang I agree with this discussion over printing money on how it becomes more corrupt when there’s more money printing. Look what’s happening in 2019 with Venezuela

Yes, Chicago is 'next', but it's probably already bankrupt. I lived in Detroit. If you are willing to spend some time in Detroit, you will in fact find (or sense) that it is improving, although it will definitely take a while to bounce back. The rebirth will not be due to manufacturing and jobs on the factory floor.
