Grant Cardone is just more of a scammer than this clown that gives advice for the children of billionaires. If you can’t make yourself suffer and work hard and stop trying to be slick and find a shortcut you’ll never be respected and whatever you build is behold into a cult or someone else, and will be taken away from you one day.

I agree with you partly ! Education is very important ! Otherwise you are playing the game wildly in a wily nilly fashion ! You must learn the rules to the game because believe me others do and will eat you alive ! I mean really what are you doing playing a game you don't know the rules to ! A definite recipe for disaster ! After you know the rule then go for it all out ! But don't forget to continue your education because conditions are constantly changing ! 😊😊😊

If I may take a shot at this. You give Mr. Cardone your money and he tries to make you money with his Real Estate. Mr. Kiyosaki teaches you to take your own money and buy your own Real Estate. I have given people my money in the past and they've lost it. They don't appreciate it like I do. One reason why I do not invest in any thing other than CashFlow RE. I have never lost my money with RE that cashflows. Why? The odds are in my favor! Know your odds.

Si quieres tener éxito, debes asumir la responsabilidad de tus emociones, no culpar a los demás. Además de hacerte sentir más culpable por tus faltas, señalar con el dedo a los demás sólo servirá para aumentar tu sentido de responsabilidad personal. I hear Alot of people saying "how can they become rich". What I keep on telling them is that if you want to be rich you should not work for money. 90% of money is debt, if you want to be rich you need to know how to use debt to become rich. Before 1971 the united states dollar was backed up by the gold standard - that means every single dollar in the bank was having a gold standard on it. So after 1971, the united states president remove dollar from the gold standard so now dollar 💵 is not back by anything. Now the banks can keep on printing Alot cash as they want in exchange for value item like gold, government securities. 0:41

Now how is money debt? For example, if the government want to build a infrastructure, they meet the bank for mortgage, the bank just typed $500,000,000 in their computer and send it to them with the exchange of government bond. This means the money that was borrowed as a debt from the bank has no value, so the banks exchange something with no value for something valuable. So money served as a debt to collect something valuable. The more you save money in the bank, the more the bank uses your paper money (which has no value) in exchange for something value like gold. So all you time working for money just to earn a penny is for waste because as you save it the bank still make more for it. So now learn how to do what the banks do. The bank knows how to make their money work for them by lending it for exchange for something valuable, you can also do that by investing in real estate or land or companies, the stock market, transportation and more. The message is, don't save money in the bank, the more you save your money, the more it being taxed and they are using it to make more money for themselves. Be wise.. Follow us and share for more content... 0:31

Quit asking that question already! Money does make people happy, I've yet to find someone who doesn't appreciate or celebrate when receiving it. if that wasn't true, why would anyone bust their %sses, spending most of their time in a job they hate to get money? I mean, the pleasure must exceed the pain, else they'd be crazy

In 2023-2024, if you're seeking advice on business and financial freedom, I wouldn't necessarily endorse Grant Cardone or Robert Kiyosaki. While they are confident individuals, their discussions can be somewhat vague on many topics. Instead, I'd suggest considering insights from Alex Hormozi.

Buys a jet but is afraid to use it coz of cost every time pilot turns engines on Kiyosaki is panicking… whats the point might aswell just fly business class even if you are renting it out they its not so private again is it…

Annualised costs are fixed and variable on private jet ownership. By chartering your jet you can defray the fixed cost base. However every flight incurs the variable one. His want of a Gulfstream with international flight distances perhaps shows that the charter market is getting saturated with small and medium sized jets with limited flight distances.

Robbins reveals his dubious credibility by those he associates with to partner products. When Robert had the opportunity to delve deeper, as a partner with access to the product, and the promoter, Robbins, he saw it was smoke and mirrors. Robbins promotes success as the route to happiness. Perhaps that narrative woven by others money wasn’t as evident in closer proximity with Robbins. Robbins product depends on continual mentorship to sustain the impetus motivational reprogramming requires. Technically, at least, Robert’s doesn’t. If Robbins methodology was the success he claims it is then he’d not be reselling product so often to his buyers. Robbins can’t practice what he preaches because it simply doesn’t return over the long term. It’s a quick fire boost you need to replenish. That’s why he sells it so successfully because even he knows it doesn’t work but does produce the passive income stream they’re all promising, but it’s to him, not you.

That’s Rich Dad, Poor Dad, in a nutshell. Poor Dad plays safe. Rich Dad plays the game. 10 million followers of content that is deemed primetime for KZfaq’s advertising market is far more lucrative than £10 million in the bank or invested anywhere else. Oddly, though, for these gurus, their content only gets low margin advertising, often for each other’s educational products. So maybe you’re onto a better return than he optimistically hoped for. But 10 million followers are an untapped market for your high price, low production cost, low value educational product, so that looks like his angle on choosing that option.

It’s actually impossible to do that under the illusion Western free market economics allow it. What is poverty? What are equitable basic needs for the entire planet? Individualism means loneliness which is social poverty. So there’s economic poverty and social poverty, which in Western societies is the root of the problem with highly hierarchical wealth based measures of relative value. Will we, and you, accept our own plummeting lifestyle poverty to equalise the world onto one basic lifestyle which will have few similarities to the one Westerners feel they’re entitled to at the consequence of impoverishing everyone else. Divide the planets cumulative wealth, money, not the illusionary value of assets, which will vastly depreciate as wealth is redistributed equally, and you’ll find we Westerners will all lose out significantly. Poverty elimination is a worthwhile goal but the cause and effect of it will inflict significant consequences.

Grant Cardone has never been my cup of tea. I don’t like the way most things he promotes feel like a grift and even his 10X company is based on absolute smoke and mirrors about “accurately predicting your death date”, which is a scam. Even if the service is legit, when you tell me a lie to promote it… I’m out. The guy is obviously very successful, good luck to him, but I guess we all have our own tastes and qualities we like in people.

All are motivational coaches who use the identical psychological techniques to either, in Cardone’s case sell, which is his primary aim, or in Kiyosaki’s case push, which is his primary aim. Sell means you buy into his dubious products. Push means you motivate and remove psychological barriers to success. The success mindset, if you like.
