Damn, this reminds me of my childhood, I always had trouble sleeping, and because my family was poor, we'd hand down items. I eventually ended up with my parents MP3 player, and I found this tune whilst listening to their playlist, just remember chilling in my bed, making up fantasy worlds in my mind. Damn, simpler times.

Me too. I once had a cassette of the Don Bluth's film Anastasia, and it had the trailer of Ever After in the beginning of the film. It was through the trailer and the comments below that I found the music.

i wouldnt call it "trance". Back then it was referred to as Electronic, Dream Piano. Then trance dance floors started picking on that sound overblowing it into another universe, hence he is connected to trance now :/

I remember this song being played for the trailer of the 'Ever After: A Cinderella Story' movie back in 1998 (the second half of the 1:50 minute trailer), this song was the reason I went to see the movie when I was a 13yo (21 years ago)

I remember being in Paphos, Cyprus stuck in this youth hostel with barely enough money to eat a little bread and cheese. The two British girls who had run were letting us stay there on credit until some money arrived. This is where I discovered this album, which is still so magical for me.
