I was only 15 years old (1996) when I fell in love with the music of Robert Miles. I asked my mother for money so I could buy his audio cassette. And this song will always remind me of the year 1997, when we had big problems with our father (due to alcohol) in our family and we had to move away from him, and that's when any relations between us and my father practically ended. I used to play this song a lot at that time and often cried to it. My mom left forever in 2020 👼💔 and my dad in 2023. Even though he was never present in my life I was able to forgive him... Rest in peace ❤️

This is exactly why this type of music shouldn't have been on TOTP. You can't translate mixes & DJ sequences to a live setting like that. Looks like the dancers were embarrassed to be there..... as they should be.

Всё, что записывается в студии, выпускается звукозаписывающей компанией для заработка и самих музыкантов, и продюсеров, менеджеров, всех людей, причастных к записи. Это нормально, вообще-то. Это же профессия. Ещё и клип сняли. Режиссёр и массовка тоже заработали.

Really, I remember recommending a man, who always 'ran away' when he heard some kind of 90s dance music, as he said it, to listen to some Robert Miles music. He didn't love it, but he told me that it was the first kind of dance music wasn't horrified by. He wouldn't have bought any of the music, but he actually listened to the whole Dreamland album. That's saying a lot about a man who was at the top of the charts for only a short time. He went underground with his music after his first two albums. He was the only artist of his kind and passed away way too early.
