I lost my son Friday. This song came to me in a dream that awoke me this morning. He and I have cherished Robert Plant all our lives. There is something magically special and spiritual in this man. This song has raised me out of my grief. No greater gift could he have given me. Thank you, sir. ❤️

I've listened to this tune for years now. I know he wrote it in mind of his lost young son (just five years of age), Karac. It is very touching. I just lost my daughter, Jessie, on 12, May 2024 and I'm still reeling. She was 36. This song is a solace to me.

The bridge scenes for this video were shot at my friends house. I was an 18 year old with long blond hair and a Robert Plant obsessive. I was asked to stand in for him while they set the lighting. Robert came up to me and introduced himself! Awesome experience and an incredibly nice and friendly man. What a legend! They say don't meet your heroes....I disagree😂😂😂. Great memories.

What a great song and the lyrics brought me to tears knowing what the song was about. I was a huge Zep fan but never really got into Roberts solo career that much. However now I am going to revisit his old catalog of music!

I love this song! I lost my grandson when he was 5 in a horrible electrical accident. This song helps me. Robert’s voice is phenomenal as always!

Robert Plant wrote "I Believe" about his son, Karac, who died from a stomach virus on July 26, 1977, at five years old. Plant explained this to journalist Dan Rather during a 2018 episode of Rather's series The Big Interview. Karac's death devastated Plant, of course. It also spelled the beginning of the end for Plant's band, the legendary Led Zeppelin. Plant received the news shortly after arriving in New Orleans, where Zeppelin was supposed to play a show. He later claimed that he gave up all drugs in that precise moment and never looked back - he didn't want the party lifestyle anymore and lost interest in being a rock star. I would like to dedicate this song for my Mother. When I was younger, my Mom would take turns changing the radio station whenever we go on a car ride. One day, out of the blue, a track from Led Zeppelin came on. She didn't know who it was and asked me "What is this racket??" I replied "It's Led Zeppelin" 🙂 From that day on, she knew I was into Zep's music. Sadly, my Mom passed away 4 years ago on the eve of Mother's Day. Although the song talks about Robert's son, the lyrics are a perfect way of dedicating for someone who's passed away. 😪

Absolutely stunning song! The base is magical. I had forgotten how skilled a vocalist brother Plant is. Song is just wow.

I tried my hand at painting and painted many things found in this tape... oddly shocking the heck out of me. My idea was to paint a horse jumping over an area in the ocean that was just as he filmed.... as if to say there were two paths he could go by... and in motion jumping this watery area... in the tape it would mean rhe horse was jumping to right where Robert stood... I also worked on the mountains which were surprisingly similar. 😊
