Saw Plant and Page in 95, grew up loving Zeppelin because of my older brother, fell in love with them at age 5 or 6 in 1976. They did Black Dog and Kashmir at that concert, never forget it.

Plant's mention of Dusty Springfield reminds me that when Jimmy Page called Ahmet Ertegun, one of the heads of Atlantic Records, Springfield was apparently playing billiards with him. Page, who had developed a reputation in America, largely via his Yardbirds days, told Ertegun he had a new band and was seeking a label. Springfield, recently signed to Atlantic (for her 'Dusty in Memphis' album), put in a good word for Page and John Paul Jones, the latter of whom played on and arranged some tracks for her 'Dusty...Definitely' album.
