My first video of the new running season.The locos are a Black 5 pulling a rake of maroon coaches,on a fast service on the outside track.On the inside track is a Jinty hauling a slower local service.
Some details about the rolling stock.The Black 5,was purchased during a caravan holiday to Gt Yarmouth on 13.6.18.I went on the North Norfolk Railway that day,and visited Bure Valley Models en route.It was from a very good and affordable Railroad range.I have no also travelled behind a Black 5 on the NNR
The Jinty is a Bachmann,I purchased at a show about 14 years ago.I no longer have the receipt; but I remember I got it at a good price.
The coaches that the Jinty hauls are a recent acquisition.I bought them at the West Essex show in April.The passengers were already fitted,so I was well pleased with the purchase.
Another recent acquisition is the open top seafront bus,that those of us in the Clacton area, will remember from the past.A chance find at the Copdock toy fair.You never know what you are going to find.Fits in nicely with the 1960s theme.
I have changed the road configuration from last year.And added a cafe,also a recent purchase.
