I started my infatuation and lust for Robert Smith at around 11... still do! Love men in makeup... he still pulls it off, better then anyone. I wish he'd never stop talking, that voice.....

Interviewer is called Eric Corton! Awesome Dutch reporter. Fun fact: He hit his head super hard into a piece of stage construction before this interview. After this interview he was taken to a hospital or medical team and had a head wound stitched up!

The Cure, The Smiths, Joy Division, David Bowie, Black Sabbath, Metallica, Stone Roses etc. The late 70s/80s was a great time to be a music fan unlike the rubbish we have today.

How dare you call todays music rubbish. Just because it isnt to your taste, doesnt mean its rubbish. Fair enough you want to live in the past. But dont think you know or understand modern taste. KZfaq comments are full of people like you moaning about modern music. If you dont like it, dont listen to it. But dont call something rubbish just because its not to your taste. I very much agree. the music people popularize today has barely any effort put into it. Kanye West for an example. He uses auto tune 99% of the time and people think he's amazing. The songs he writes is like an 8 year old sitting down and writing a song about sex and drugs. Robert Smith is poetic and he has plenty of musical talent.
