Khamzat had a close fight at 170 vs. Burns, who had also fought at 155 before. Now, he is fighting a champion 185er.

I like Robert. He is good on the inside, where it counts. As a Saffer I will always back Dricus. But just wish he would shurrup some times 😂😂 Would love to see another Whittaker vs Duplesis fight within the next few months!

On the contrary, khamza has a deadly punch, & Robert has a soft chin, I would not bet on him wrestling, maybe if he see he his loosing the stand up he'll go for the wrestling. But make no mistake khamza will be the favourite

@@MrYa3rob I dont agree with Rob having a glass chin, he gets rocked in many fights but he also tanks a lot of shots that would end most people. Costa absolutely cracked him in the last fight and he Rob stayed in mentally. Expect Rob to be tougher than he has shown in the past, he's been working on "bein a dog" as we Americans call it. And Khamzat can't keep up on the feet bro there's no way he has yet to face an elite striker to prove that

@toemasmeems remember Roberts view on khamza when khazma first came on the scene was, he is a monster and I am glad he is not on my weight devision. As far as Roberts chin is concerned, go back to adesanyas fight, and adesanya is not a strong puncher, he floord him twice, furthermore he khmza always has the wrestling card in his arsenal, and we all know most champions are really good wrestlers, if he decided its too risky to stand with robert, then i don't think roberts wrestling will compete with the russian boys. I mean look at kamaras fight knowing kamara is one of the best wrestlers out there, khamza dominated him from start to finish. Look I like robert, but apart from his unorthodox bunching style, which to quite honest can get caught because his hand are always next to his waist will expose him with top fighters. Hope u r right though like to see robert do well.

@@MrYa3rob same I like both fighters as well but I just feel it in my bones that Rob is winning, his hands being low lets him strike at weird angles but he manages that well with his great distance control and speed but his wrestling is no where near Khamzat for sure nor is his submission game I think idk it will be fun may the best man win

It's hype, lots of these MMA kids literally thought Conor would beat Floyd in boxing. Lots of UFC kids are similar to WWE kids, in that they follow mostly the personality than the actual skills, that's why they always think the guy with the biggest personality will win.

If khamzat didn’t win in round 1 and round 2, he will definitely lose this fight. That is his fighting pace. Rob just has to escape his first 2 rounds of wrestling- then 3, 4, 5 are all striking, there will be no more strength for wrestling Khamzat almost didn’t survive striking game with gilbert burns(5’8 tall only)

Ok. When KChimaev Fight Kamaru Usman, many people said like that KChimaev must win in round 1 or Round 2, but that is doesn't matter even UFC give him 10 round, he just need to takedown his opponent everyround and choke him everytime. Like what he did. EVERYFIGHTERS NEED EXTRA GASS OUT (EMPTY GASS TANK) WHEN HE TRY TO SURVIVE FROM BODYLOCK. WHEN YOU ON THE GROUND YOU WILL TIRED AND TAP OUT. Peace✌️

@@agi2160 KChimaev is Smart Fighter. Just Takedown Robert and lock his body everyround and everytime until the bell is ringing. So Easy Win. No need to finish him by KO or Submission. He just need to controll him and dominate him on the ground. 100% easy win🇷🇺🇦🇪👍✌️

On paper, Whittaker is a bad match up for Khamzat. He has good footwork, very skilled at anti-wrestling (especially against singles and doubles), and he likely has the speed and striking advantage on the feet against Khamzat, and probably has the better cardio/experience for 5 rounds as well. Having said that, this is mma, so who knows what’s going to happen lol. If both fighters fight at their best, imo we’re likely going to see a 5 round war with both guys having big moments, and Whittaker winning on points.
