My grandparents have 2 pit bulls and they are the sweetest, they are big babies as well but they are pit bull mixes so, we love them and love running with them around my grandparents property, I can’t imagine them hurting a human intentionally, they’ve accidentally hurt someone but that wasn’t their intentions, they’re just big dogs that love us and deserve joy

I got my two ratties at a pet store, but I didn't run into the socialization with humans problem because the employee that was there a lot was a rat owner so she would go to the cage every time she worked and "give them a squeeze" so they would be used to being handled

If you give your pets treat's like 2 or 3 treats a day they will know the sound of the bag and it helps them with getting better with treats. Honestly that goes with all animals.

I used to have 2 pet parakeets, they were my everything and I loved them so much. Sadly though, one lived a year or so and the other only lived 2-3. I was a young kid and struggled to take care of them properly, I honestly never forgave myself for that and probably never will. Ari is actually a fancy green cheek conure. I know because I have a female version of him named Scarlet. Trust me, if Jaiden were to meet Scarlet, she would think Ari is an angel. I have another bird named Echo, and she is a pineapple green cheek conure. They can’t actually talk, but we taught them to mimic the speech of the phrases “Thank you”, “Hi baby”, and “Beep beep.” I also have a yellow parakeet named Star, a cauiqe conure named Claudia, and a disabled Cockatiel named Luna. Pro tip. If you want a parakeet, either spend almost all day with it or get another one. Most of our birds get along, but Scarlet thinks she is the alpha, so when we got Claudia, who is literally 3X her size, Scarlet got mad and tried to fight Claudia. Don’t worry, Claudia knew better than to fight back. She just drags Scarlet around. Yes, they are now separated.

Thank you for educating people! Pitbulls should not be judged by the way they look. My dogs are Pitbulls and are the sweetest pets. People think that they are evil just because they look mean and what previous pitbulls have done. Though, you should always be cautious around animals that you don't own. Me and my mom watch your channel and we love the amazing messages you send out to the world! Hope you feel better and your illness goes away completely.

I actually had 6 pitbulls, but they were lovely and very nice to others. And also had a black lap. Now we have a mixed breed dog that is actually very tall in height from paw to her head and she is VERY nice and very playful!

Aww, my neighbor has such a cute pit-bully and she’s the sweetest. I’ve literally never met a dog any sweeter but she lets her dog just roam into my yard while she’s in the garage so Amazon told my mom they won’t deliver packages because of the “viscous pitbull” in her yard😭☠️☠️

I loved seeing the love Robert has for his muffins!! It is so heartwarming to see someone who loves their pets that much! We had a few rats as kids growing up and I would agree they are smart, sweet and fun to have around. In comparison my sister had a pet teddy bear hamster, yes he was cute, but that is about as much as I can say about him. I remember sleeping in my sister's room one night and thinking to myself "the wheel will never stop spinning this thing is so HYPER" eventually it did....but not because her hamster got tired, no the little puffball of a thing somehow got out of his cage! The next morning I searched everywhere, and quite frankly feared the worst we had 2 cats both of which were EPIC fans of hunting random things. Just as I was about to call my sister and tell her that her hamster was likely gone.. I opened the closet to gather up my stuff, and noticed little dots of fabric... her hamster had chewed holes in my pants, and my T-shirt! It was proudly sitting amid the nibbled bits like a king on his throne! Urg... needless to say no love for hamsters here!

I once had a rat whose name was Oreo, she was a black and white dumbo rat and she was ADORABLE. One time I was lying in bed while Oreo (and her sister Remy) scurried around. Oreo got really REALLY close to my right cheek, sniffed a bit, then bit me. She clung on a bit until she let go, blood everywhere, yada-yada. Oreo died a few months after. We think she might've had some sort of illness or sickness, hence her behavior. We still have Remy, though. She's a white and very light gray dumbo. Absolutely adorable. R.I.P Oreo

i fully agree, Rats are GREAT pets.. i've had quite many of them (11 boys and 6 girls) but while i loved them very dearly, they just don't live long enough T_T when my boys and girls died, they all died withing 6 month.. it got too much for me.. but thats what happens when they're all around the same age XD

6:36 Well good news for you: rats are actually the pet rodent least likely to actually escape if they get out of their cages. Because of their intelligence, if they’ve bonded with their owner they’ll think of their cage as their home and will usually go back in of their own free will once they’ve had their fill of exploring the rest of the house. Mice and hamsters, not so much.

My first ratties were sisters. My ex and I had just moved to a different state, and we went into a pet store to just look around, not even thinking of getting a pet. I noticed a rat that had like 10 really tiny babies, and I saw one who was light blue-gray in color with a white star on its forehead. I fell in love. As we were talking to the pet store owner, he told us how those babies were feeder rats. I knew I had to save her from being eaten. The pet store owner got excited that I wanted her as a pet and not to feed a snake, but they were way too young to be able to be taken from their mom and survive, so he promised he would save her for me. He also said she would need a companion, so we told him to choose another from the litter that would get along with her well. So he saved the baby rat and her sister for me. When we picked them up, we named the rat with the star on her head Amy, and her sister was Jane (my boyfriend couldn't think of a name, so he named her Jane Doe). When we brought them home, we had to take the bus, and it was very cold, so I was worried they would get cold. They had just been weaned and were still very small, so I carried them in my pocket to keep them warm. They were two of the most loving babies I have ever had. I was scared of rats before I got them. They were so in tune with what was going on around the house that they were the ones who informed me that my ex was cheating on me with someone I thought was a friend. Amy and Jane had never bit anyone; they loved attention. The so-called friend went to pet them one day, and both Amy and Jane bit her so hard they drew blood and wouldn't let her near them. That got me suspicious, and I started paying more attention to what the so-called friend was doing and how she was acting, and because of that, I found out about the cheating. I was pregnant when we got Amy and Jane, and they would cuddle with me when my emotions ran high from the pregnancy. When I lost my baby in my second trimester, they wanted to be near me most of the time. They were so loving, and I miss my ratties so much.
