@TurtleGirlIvey This was the music magazine "Smash Hits" annual awards party called The Smash Hits Poll Winners Party". It was held at the London Arena in late 1990. Naughty by Nature also where there to sing OPP. It was a very good one generally and I wish someone would upload the whole event.
