Before Season 3, ranged weapons struggled in expeditions, but that has changed. The 'Robin Hood' build, centered around the main hand bow weapon with the offhand rapier artifact for a 15% damage boost. This build synergizes exceptionally well with tanks wielding the Butcher Sword. With 100% bleed uptime on targets, you can consistently deal substantial single-target damage and efficiently clear 'trash' mobs using the explosive arrow and rain of arrows combo.
The riposte on the rapier proves invaluable in situations where you draw aggro or need to evade a dangerous attack from the boss. Tondo will maintain an extra bleed on targets, and Flurry will aid in bursting down elites who stay alive after spells rotation. Grab your bow and join the Robin Hood squad
