Average revenue per user includes money made from premium accounts + margin interest + interest on money in the account.

I invested strictly to support them. They allowed anyone to invest easily... its not their job nor anyone else's to "protect " ppl from themselves. Live free, be accountable for your own decisions and don't blame robinhood for your losses.

Great analysis as always. Though I disagree: -$2bn in revenue on $33bn is 16 times value which is in line with others. -The fact is clients are not paying trading commissions and trading inefficiency does also happen in straight execution. PFOF is appears to be a legitimate and the SEC should guide quickly here. -The ARPU is not that bad considering that others don’t handle small accounts and the % will go down as account size increases and they are getting IPO access.

Payment for order flow is much cheaper than paying commissions. RH is a great company and I don't believe its 5-6% for trades. The average spread seems to be about 0.5% max if you don't set a limit order. If you have less than 50k and you rebalance your portfolio every few months this is much better than paying commissions. Plus you don't have to be trapped in the heavily manipulated stock market by a pay wall. I'd be careful holding this too long because of regulations but otherwise I like it.

Robinhood changed the world for many such as myself... there is always going to be some nonbelievers because of the MEME-stock issues but again... MEME stocks. They have a great model and I believe 80% of their users are referred and 90%+ are active.

You had me until you started hating on DOGE. Started as a joke, yes. But now it depends on what you define as a joke. It's now symbolically the middle-finger to the good-ol-boys financial system. And if it can be legitimized like Vitalik, Cuban and Musk have theorized, then that doge is gonna be off its leash, and the joke will be on those laughed at it. When you have customers you can monetize (advertising adds, sell extra content etc). International expansion also sexy. Plus hedge funds pay Robinhood for a reason (and the reason is oil of 2020's - DATA). P/S 16 for a company that grows 100%+ YY or Coca Cola with P/S 6 (with revenue decline). Potential is here - brokerage looks like trend for many years. I believe they can execute.
