Super helpful. I’m taking an online college chemistry class. Needed to watch how it’s done rather than just in the text! Thanks very much!

Oh. This is usually taught in college? My teacher is making us do this in 8th grade. Kinda sucks for me though.
@gingerale1591
@gingerale1591 3 жыл бұрын
@@partyhah6622 It's not that it's taught in college. Most college freshmen (like me) just forget it by the time college rolls around. A lot of us haven't had to do this stuff for a few years. My advice to you is to keep this stuff fresh in your mind before you start college so that you don't have to cram-review everything. Best of luck with 8th grade.

In your last problem, the 78 mph to miles per second if I remember correctly, you had scientific notation for 10 >16, I did not see where you got that. This video was super helpful, I just got lost at that point.

Dear Robin, first congratulations for your channel. I would only suggest an easier way for converting 78 mph into nm/s. I would start with 1 mile = 1609 m. Then we have 78 miles/h = (78 x 1609) m/h = [(78 x 1609)/3600 ] m/s = [(78 x 1609)/3600] x 10^9 nm/s = 35 x 10^9 nm/s = 3.5 x 10^10 nm/s (with appropriate rounding).
