Hey, everything's gonna be alright. I've been in the same place as you, and I was for years. I was going through more than I could handle on my own but I couldn't ask for help, and nobody around me was noticing my cries for help. Nobody paid attention until I first started cutting and made my first attempt a few years later while I was still a child. I never thought I would get to where I am now but my last attempt was five years ago and I'm coming up on two years clean. I'm not Albert but I hear you, and I know that everything is going to be okay in the end. Even if you don't believe it will.
