I seriously appreciate how calm Albert stays throughout this video. It really makes me think about my own actions and how I myself could become better in stressful situations. Thank you for helping me realize this about myself. I will forever be grateful toward Albert. I will start taking therapy because of the realization I made. I will try my best to start calm more often. This video impacted my life in such ways nothing else has.

I feel like I need to just show my appreciation because of Albert's calmness and how soft-spoken he is for us. I truly admire how even when he is frustrated he never gives up and finishes what he started (I feel this video is a great representation of that.) I know for sure this is a channel I would recommend to any person looking to do yoga or meditation. Thank you Albert, for all the relaxing content.
