This game reminds me of a Japanese game called “Death Forest”(if I remember correctly). In the game, the player is followed by a head, which looks somewhat similar to Felipe. It is pale, and has red lips.

0:37 if you listen very closely, you can hear a bit of "Tokyovania" made by SharaX aka what Flamingo calls Undertale music, which is correct, but it actually is a combination of Undertale music and Tokyo Teddy Bear. that is why it is called "Tokyovania" Edit: i just noticed he has played it in multiple times of the video, and you can obviously hear it, sorry, i didnt look through the whole video
