Theory: Tio is going to try make sure George does not recollect the teleporter trap. If you remember in Trust Issues, Tio didn't like the fact that George got the teleporter trap in Distorted Memory. And even worse, he got it TWICE. Since George got it twice, Tio wants to stop George from getting it the second time. So, I think Tio is going to tamper with this memory, like it says in the thumbnail, and make SURE that George doesn't recollect his teleporter trap from his nightmare. If you need more proof, in the new thumbnail, Tio is directly looking at George's Teleporter trap. But hey, it's just a theory.
