If I am not wrong, the seats available work like this There is a value which is the total number of seats. There is a script in each of the seats, which decreases the value by one if the seat is occupied. For real life idk how it works lol

For the MAN A95 (not the batch 5) the reason there is no seats is due to a roblox update.
