you can't really tell if hes low it depends on how good you dealt damages to him

@@user-sn8nr7cv8d I did all the steps you mentioned except I missed my white codes like 6 times, if I didn't miss one he would have instantly got to phase 3

Firewall is still good even if wrong dmg I put him into phase 2
