WOW_- great job.. I lost one eye so I'm making an INSERT with an actual camera lens and red led in it--- and is rough and looks burned-- and will wear that like a monocle-- but I'd like to "paint the torn skin around the outer edges like this--- I learned a few things from this... THANK YOU..

This was a great tutorial, I tried my best in a wet windswept carpark yesterday in Northern England, with some Snazaroo paints. Not quite as effective as yours, but we did have fun!

I tried this with copper paint instead of silver, and when trying to blend the black into the copper a lot of the paint came off instead of blending into the black. I was using Snazaroo face paint. Any tips on how I could do better next time?

You should try using sponges much more effective (for wide areas), realistic and easier to use.

I do use sponges, just not all the time. It depends on what I'm painting.

Just a tip, with the audio, fade it in and out between clips. It sounds less jumpy. Beautiful video though. You're incredibly talented

Indeed it does but that's probably because the are both terminator makeup. Mine was based off a look I did back in 2004 whilst completing my Theatrical and Media Makeup Diploma and a photo of an actual robot I found on Google.

Cool stuff. I tried it and my silver makeup won't hold. When I try to paint black on top of it, my brush just get painted silver instead :(

I really want to be able to do things like this, but i'm not that great at make up as it is And I guess if you make a mistake, it would be harder to correct it
