Practically unheard of to see Matilda deployed with the Chainsaw tail this late in her existence- in fact I think this may be the last time it was ever seen (unless it shows up again later in this series). Perhaps they felt her flywheel would be overkill in this heat? Let's be honest, Techno-Trousers was a terrible robot, barely able to move with a completely ineffectual weapon. Powered stabbing weapons have _never, ever_ been effective- the most the best 2 examples, Atomic and Spawn of Scutter have ever achieved was getting a good shove on their opponents. I was surprised it managed to last as long as it did without completely breaking down, though.
