@@MrRetobor 7.1 audio is garbage and there are plenty better headsets that costs less. Roccat quality is also very bad, i had both the khan pro headset and the Vulcan 120 keyboard and both of them broke after less than 6 month. I had a very bad experience with roccat and would suggest preferring other brands over them.

@@bramcolaris2405 they are absolutely amazing! The sound was hard to get used to Because they are so much different from my old headphones But i downloaded the app and adjusted them accordingly and I absolutely love them now

Update: The headset was absolutely wonderful for about 2 days then the microphone quit working so I took it back and got my money back! Lol

Hi, I got the headset on Thursday and since using it I have a crackling feeling every 5/10 seconds in my left ear when people talk whether it's in video games or vocal with friends! The right side the sound is perfect and very pleasant! I don't know if you have any idea why or what changes to make to make it good! Probably the headphones, or the software you use to talk to people. Could also be the Bluetooth connection

Just bought this headset. Not working. The transmitter and headset arent able to pair. Somehow, my transmitter is connecting with another device in my building with 100 another appartments under and above me, apparently even another 7.1 ELO Air. How can this happen. Thats a major flaw. Looking at google searchings, Iam not the only one with this problem. Thousands of people with the same issue. I dont recommand buying it, you will never know if it works or not for you. You either are lucky or not.

It is wireless and comes with USB-C Charging Cable and USB Dongle. Edit: on the preorder site it says USB-A Dongle over 2.4ghz frequency

it's 2.ghz via small usb dongle. does not need/have Bluetooth.

Ok so I'm gonna get everything straight these head sets do work on ps4 and Xbox I would not recommend these head set for console because they are meant for pc only reason 1 to not get for console is that you cannot use the super human hearing feature or any feature here because you need to download a app that is only available on pc getting these head set for console is like going to a all you can eat buffet and only eating one plate of food your not getting the the full features and the 100 percent of what you payed these are perfect for pc because you get the 100 percent features and quality you payed for like super human hearing customizing mic and the lights on the head set I am not sure if these are compatible with Nintendo

Don't buy it. So it's not the headset itself. The problem is the software. So many updates. You cannot turn them off and you NEED to install them. They take so long to install and they often bring bugs with them and make it stop connecting afterwards. It's just pain whenever it doesn't connect. I've used it for about 6 months now and I wouldn't buy it again. The roccat swarm software is also really uncomfortable to use.

Самое убогие наушники которые я когда либо покупал. Плюсы: - нет Минус: - постоянный дисконект при подключении/отключении усб кабеля - что бы подключить обратно, нужно танцевать с бубном по 5-10 минут (попеременно отключая усб приемник и наушники, пока не совпадут звезды в небе и они не законтачатся) - скрип металлической дуги при работе челюстью (разговор, прием пищи и даже если пьёшь воду) - хлипкие крепления динамиков (у меня отвалились с креплений динамики уже на второй неделе использования) Вывод: убогое качество, убогий звук. Сдал обратно в магазин по гарантии.
