That and a better engine. The 2.5 is simply amazing 203 hp and 30 + mpg....Unbeatable! I have this exact same car, the silver and gray is really sharp.

Informative video! I have driven the same Toyota Avalon for 17 years . Technology has changed drastically! I purchased a 2024 Camry XLE that will arrive in 3 days. A video on all the tech features/ instrument panel would be helpful. START/STOP feature seems strange to me!! Thank You

I don't recall auto start-stop being on the XLE, what engine do you have?

4 cylinder. It’s my understanding all 2024 Toyota’s have auto stop/start. I could be wrong! I hope so!!

@@southerngirl773 the 2024 4-cylinder doesn't have it on the Camry! It has auto brake hold on the XLE, which holds the brakes for you, but no auto shutdown. Besides the Hybrid. The RAV4 has auto start-stop, though.

So are there Any thing different with 2023 and 2024 Camey? Look at a used 2023 on Friday and today dealer also show a 2024 Camry LE trying see what is the differ besides mileage

There is nothing different between the two besides what I believe is a $100 price increase. Besides that, they're exactly the same.

@allison9008 Yeah for that price you can get a '24 LE and you get a warranty, the facelifted exterior and interior, and no miles already put on it.

Only the XSE and XLE models have brake hold, unless you get a Hybrid then all of the Hybrid models have it. It would be on on the blank panel above the drive mode buttons. It only works with the electronic parking brake and the LE and SE gas trims don't have that so they don't have brake hold.

You get the Electronic Brake Hold on the 2024 Toyota Camry SE AWD. It is located in front of the Electronic Parking Brake toggle switch on the console.

Yes! It has all of it standard with the exception of blind spot monitoring and rear cross traffic alert. The LED headlights are both automatic for the low and high beams as well!

As stated in the video no, however I do highlight all the features of the 2024 model year, which is completely unchanged from the 2023 model. The reasoning behind having 2024 in the title is to help people looking at 2024’s get an idea of what it’s like before building one, as other reviews for the 2024 will likely not be out for a month or two. I have changed the title to reflect it.

In the video at around 0:15 I explain why I put that. I have 23/24 in the title intentionally but not to mislead people. If you skip the intro (which a lot of people do which is fine), you can very easily skip over that and get confused.

They all have that, what he's referring to is the engine cutoff feature at stop lights, which the '24 models do not have.

I have 2020 xse and thank god I hate that stupid shut off at every stop . I think it may save gas but I feel like it does more harm then good to keep shutting the car down and it turning back on that’s so annoying .

Yes they do more harm than good. They beef up the starter on cars like the RAV4 that have it, but they still put unnecessary pressure on everything else and the lag is horrible on most systems. If companies are going to put in a system like that, they really should just make a series-parallel Hybrid instead. That's my opinion, though.

Why do you have the camera pointing at your dashboard the whole time while driving? That makes no sense and also what's the point of making the video if you gonna do that? lol

The way I typically put the camera in the car is like that but in that car I think I had the headrest pushed down too far. In my other videos like "The Fiat 500 is still an excellent buy", you see how I have a much better view.
