Cheers Marc, wasn’t even aware there were was a re-release in 2023 ,for some reason this one never grabbed my interest despite being always mentioned on multiple channels, appreciate the review and it’s not often a new reform is better than the OG,but stranger things have happened I guess 🙏✌️👍

I really think this one is also an exact clone of the original, just on this one wearing it seems the power of it is the same (longevity and projection) and the scent profile is slighly darker and I might slightly but my original bottle is very old so perhaps the new Rochas man isn't as good as my og?

Digging deep in the closet today. Wait, it came back?! Alright then! It used to drive me crazy when every reviewer would call it "Rockas" Man. This used to be the New Haarlem on the cheap fragrance for some. And I have 2 bottles of the Lui. It is amazing...true gem.

I've been waiting for your take on this Uncle Marc. I think it's ever so slightly denser than the original & last a bit longer pricing is around the same, so the intense may be the better option

Rochas Lui was a game changer for me when I first smelled it. Great fragrance. But I do have the original Man Intense and I prefer it over the OG. Haven't tried the new stuff. Incidentally, I also find it kind of strange that the brand hasn't yet jumped on the parfum/elixir trend with any of their fragrances. I'd be personally interested to see what direction they'd take with a black-bottled Moustache parfum for instance. Tuxedo intense with an amped up woody amber? 😆 Gawd I hope not. But the bottle would look syyyyyyyk.

bah so many comments on how Lui was good. I think Rochas has an internal limitations on how many releases they do so I'm not surprised that I haven't released anything yet on the Parfum/Elixir... yet. I'd love for Lui to be re-released next from the brand if I had a wish list.

Hey Marc, L'Oréal will buy Amouage. Already bought Atelier Cologne and many designer brands. Can you imagine if niche brands met this sad end? I didn't expect that from Amouage.

Another bottle I will have a hard time explaining if someone sees it in my room 😅Never tried Lui and never tried any of these, the only one I have from Rochas is Moustache EDP and I really like it, very similar to Tuxedo and lasts more at least on my skin. That coffee note sounds interesting but I don't think I'll try it. Thanks for the Unboxing Marc!!!

Coffee based king is theodoros kalotinis coffee addict and surprisingly it's below 60usd the projection on my skin is crazy, Salvatore Ferragamo uomo is so enjoyable there's coffee there even if there's no coffee note i still get coffee the price and quality is insane, i heard good stuff about Halloween never tried it, for me personally nothing can beat A*men, i got the Rochas (not the intense version) 2-3 hours it's nice very sugary and sweet i barley get coffee, i went on coffee based fragrance hunt this winter, next will be musk, summer fragrances for is a pain in the ass since it get super humid here

Got a bottle when it came out but sold it off quickly after. To me it smelled like the original bottles pre-2011. Nice scent sure, but nothing really intense about it.
