It’s because back in the day when that particular character wasn’t singing they had curtains they would open and close. When the curtains were closed there was no need to program movements for a character that couldn’t be seen. That’s why you notice a few seconds before they sing the character starts moving again. That was because, back in the day, during that part the curtains were starting to open so they’d program movements in to make it look like they were moving the whole time. Having the curtains was a way to make things cheaper and less time consuming. Hopefully these guys will have that setup someday.

Dook larue games and more H That part of the song is performed by the moon, who at that time was voiced by Rick who went on to later play Beach Bear. At this time, Beach Bear was voiced by Aaron.

To add on, originally that part was “sung” by the moon character. This fellow doesn’t have a moon.
