Is the transformation thing truly a "Stand ability" or perhaps maybe this tranformation is an ability current Rock Humans can do now? Cuz remember the Rock Humans survive by taking peoples lives away from them, so maybe this is a supernatural version of it and they can LITERALLY take peoples identities.

I think the chubby guy on the last page with Dragona and Usagi is an ally of the guy fighting Jodio and Paco. We will have two fights happening simultaneously.

The enemy hiding a sword/knife under the wax/rock/skin? that is covering them reminds me of that one scrapped light novel idea where a character had a stand that developed items beneath their skin. Can't remember which one or the guy's name but I do remember that being a thing

There are a few abilities that have to do with manipulating fortune. Love Train, Wonder of U, Ticket To Ride. Usually those powerful abilities are introduced late in the story so it's interesting to see Araki introducing some kind of fortune manipulation abilities early in the story.

Imagine if this entire part is just them getting the diamond and being sidetracked a dozen times as new enemies pop up to fight over the lava rock. I mean Part 5 was pretty much entirely a single escort mission so we all know how many battles and arcs Araki can put into a single day.

Smooth Operators, being a small colony stand, would be noticeable. But considering the items that were dragged around by the lava rock, like the diamond and that cash bill, it would take just one Operator to move it around, thus more hidden. That is, until the watch was heavier and needed more manpower.

Just read it today and I KNEW that wasn't paco, or at least paco was a traitor or something. Like there was no way Paco would just be giving up like that, I knew that had to either be an imposter or paco being a rock human. Also, I feel like this might be an alternative Mario Zucchero, makes way too much sense, the outer shell, the blade, seems very suspicious.

The lava rock reminds me of the requiem arrow, but instead of granting the user's wish by anymeans once, it brings what you want all the time. It's also at the start of the story instead of in the end. maby its a another parallel to part 5

Might be a stretch, but the watch going into Dragona's Charm, which is a circle, with the lava rock, which is triangular shaped, under where the D, which stands for "Dragon"a, is, isnt it acting at lot like how Dragon's Dream worked in part 6???? Just sending the watch right where its luckiest for Dragona and unluckiest for the salesman/guards. It feels like a stretch I KNOW but honestly I wouldn't be surprised if this is Araki implying Dragon's Dream was a stand utilizing a Mechanism, that being Feng-Shui. Well I'm a believer Dragon's Dream should be semi-included when discussing these Flow type stands, since it basically bended the actions/wills of living beings to ensure it's divinations came true
