This song's by far his most progressively written to date. Also, this song's from his debut solo album Flowering and it's his only solo album with great emphasize on dynamics in its production.

LTS does have a lot of progressive songs and more complexly written songs but in this song he really experimented with the structure and has more dynamics with parts that are super calm to parts that are more heavy and screamy and everything inbetween, the song keeps progressing toward the climax and then fades calmly, unlike most songs it doesn't feel like the verse is just there to lead you to the chorus but every part is composed to lead you to the next part which I love, and with the soundscape created by the guitar, keys and keyboard it makes it great. I think TK's objective with doing the solo songs is experimenting with sounds he can't do with his bands (being a 3 piece post-rock/post-hardcore/progy math rock band) with his solo songs he can include more instruments like violin and all kind of keyboard sounds.

@@jonasw3945 Oh yes. I mean, what you're describing about the song is precisely the reason I think this song's his most progressive one so far. In a way, this song adopts the core songwriting tradition of progressive rock since the classic era. Which is emulating the symphonic structure of classical music, as well as emphasize on mood changes through quite-loud dynamics. Bands like Yes and Genesis should come to mind.

Film a moment is one of very few songs that I would genuinely call a masterpiece, its just sublime from start to finish

The chad-looking bassist supporting him there is Hinatch, real name Hinata Hidekazu. He's also the bassist in the band Nothing's Carved in Stone and Straightener, also ex-Zazen Boys member.

Zazen boys are great, I remember learning about Nothing's Carved in Stone from the anime Psycho Pass because LTS did a song for it too, they are great too, no wonder TK likes to have him in his songs

@@jonasw3945 TK seems to love Zazen Boys or just everything Mukai do in general. Both Hinatch and Yoshida Ichiro, his current support bassist, are of ex-Zazen Boys fame.
