Күн бұрын#120. Well folks, it's March 13th, so help me celebrate my birthday with one of the coolest live Rock 'n Roll Medleys performed by Elvis and the TCB band in Memphis, TN in March of 1974. I would've loved to have been at that show!

But more than that you absolutely nailed it, so much so I almost expected you to throw a scarf at the end😁 I remember the first time I heard this medley on vinyl years ago and it was awesome! This was fun, Gary. Prob my fav concerts from the 70’s... just the spirit, energy and overall sound. The band is spot on, and Elvis is in tip-top form. This was a challenge as the tempo and adrenaline are prevalent to being onstage in front of a crowd. We tend to speed things up sometimes on stage so I had to really focus and perform it as tho I was on stage! I’ve also heard it so many times that it was hard for me not to say “I saw JD, with bald headed Sally!” It was fun and I thank you for the challenge.

@@JoeVarVeri It was a great performance and feels like a live gig too 👍 You worked hard on this one but throughout its plain to see your enjoying yourself. I really enjoyed this, especially the last minute or so as you got it spot on. I love it how no Elvis song seems off limits to you and you always come through with a great rendition. I look forward to the weekends to see what you’ve come up with. Once again thanks for doing this. Gaz!
