I’ve been trying to master air roll for a while now and your tutorial is amazing but a HUGE tip I found for air rolling is paying close attention to the hood of your car. I found that the direction you fly all relies on where the hood of your car is pointing. So, if you look at that while making minor adjustments you will be far more successful.

This is by far the most understandable video on air rolling that I've seen thus far. With around 200 hours into the game, I've made it to diamond 1 and now I feel as though I should start developing these air rolling skills. I've was practicing for a few days but I just could not get a grasp on how to do it. I tried watching multiple videos on it but like you mentioned, they all said the same thing where u just gotta play the game and figure it out on your own. This vid tho has actually flat-out showed what to do and when to do it and I very much appreciate it and you earned yourself a subscriber :)

As a C2 player who has been stuck in my rank for ages, and not really improving anything for years except game sense etc. this gives me new energy to play this game. After only a few hours I'm already starting to see major progress. Thank you!

Another amazing video tutorial Spook thank you. This has really my progress with air rolling no end and I am actually building an understanding of what I am doing and more importantly why. I think this coupled with your other air roll left videos should be more than enough to get anyone doing it as long as they put the time in to practice. One tip I might add is when I was learning from your videos I went to leth’s giant rings map and set it to impossible mode and I kept driving through and back through the first stage over and over. It gives you enough opportunities to learn the movement patterns without being too difficult but gives you the rings to aim for.

glad u made an updated video. i must say, in one of your other videos you said "if you use air roll left, you should never press left on the analog stick." i stuck by this for a while and saw some improvement, but was still struggling. then i realized this really isnt the case. the "shortcut" tips youtubers give dont always translate well to beginners.

The Pillars and Utopia Retro maps have paths you can fly around on to practice your control. Pillars offers 3 paths: big circle around the outside, small circle through the middle, and a figure 8 around both pillars. Utopia Retro offers you a perfect circle with a tight tunnel to practice on. I like to try to get up as high as I can on it and then drop through the goal tunnel before shooting back up.

Really awesome video man!! I swear some days I have breakthroughs where I go exactly where I want holding down air roll left. Then other days I can’t even hit the ball 😂😂 I didn’t know you did private coaching though!! Where can I go to book that?

As a champ player whos been playing for a long ass time and never touched directional air roll, its been really weird trying to break my normal air roll habits that I've developed to get me to where I am, but I feel like this is definitely what will take me to GC. Now its just a matter of learning it for the first time again lol. Great vid, thanks for the insight sir.

This content is really good. I mean, i have 2.8k hours, have been grand champ before, but mostly because I don't do fancy stuff and have decent rotation. I've been looking for in depth guides to understanding the air roll mechanics and this is top tier. Question though: Do you ever use air roll right? I have both bound to individual keys, as well as regular air roll, and I'm wondering if I should be practicing regular air roll turns, or independent air roll turns.

Ok, so I normally doesn't comment on these type videos but I had to leave you a message. I personally find your tutorials to be the best I've found on KZfaq. The way you explain them is just easier out of all videos I've seen. Nice job dude....From a 46 year old Plat 2 :)
