nice video. Couple pointers. The drilled end of the delay grain should always be on the propellant side, this will prevent damage to your rocket from the remaining delay element burning out the front of the motor long after the ejection goes off. With DMS motors, you don't have much choice, but I usually use max delay and use electronic deployment anyway. Second pointer is it is easier to place the assembled delay assembly on the table. Insert the washer in the closure and then push the closure on the assemble. The o-ring may not seat right if you stick the o-ring in the closure first. Good job not putting any grease on the washer.
