Kinda wish they would add a replay mode or career tab like normal br so u can see how well ur doing compared to others

I never stopped playing Rocket Racing, so I'll be playing this.

I think we need to wait for the first gameplay update.

At first I was disappointed for the lack of update, but ngl, the new tracks are pure fire.

I feel like if they made this game more like a cart racer with items it would be a lot more popular/fun. I wouldn’t want to them to change the core mechanics though.

I was thinking of quitting Racing at the end of season zero because I just felt like my skills peaked at Champion 80% and I was never going to get to the next level. The Neon theme definitely caught my attention and got me excited to play some more again without caring about how high I could rank up.

The game is dead. If they'd made it part of RL then it might of stood a chance. RIP.

Rocket Racing Season 1 doesn't feel like it exists for me because i was excited about the new aesthetic and maps only to be greeted with the same season 0 maps with the bland desert theme. I had to play through at least 10 old maps to get to a new one and i assume a lot of players checked it out saw the old maps and backed out cause on first impression nothing changed for them. The least they could have done is released the new car with the season and changed the time of day/skybox of the older maps to match the new theme.

I love racing games. Especially if there a twist like Mario cart power ups or in rocket racing case, drift boosts, flipping upside down. You get it. I primarily play Battle Royal, but I managed to get to Dimond 3 rank Rocket racing and got stuck there. There's only 3 ranks after Dimond 3. I wonder how far I could have gotten playing rocket racing primarily. I was casual. I'd play several hours BR then cool down with a couple races. I got stuck in Dimond 3 so maby that's as good as I am because once I was there I made little progress. This morning I picked up Rocket racing first because it was a new season. In 1 sitting I'm platinum 1. Lmfao if I play full time could I be Unreal!? Or is the game 🎮 to generous?😅

They f*** up. Well the new pack comes on 11th as it says. The worst thing is they alienated the Rocket League player base for this mode. They didn't understand who was their audience. Anyways I am not happy with this update at all.

Rocket Racing should introduce a season system with something like a racing pass, as other Fortnite modes have. I think this alone would maybe save the game from its extinction.

Hey just wanna clarify in the official patch notes they said that this would’ve been season 1 but they decided not to go with the season by season naming scheme. The way Danny said it, it felt like he was saying season 1 was gonna come in the future. That is not the case

I really liked the Pirate's Landing Track. It has so many options for shortcuts that are for all skill levels. Usually on poorly designed tracks i can find a through point to fly over the whole track and cheese it but this track carefully limits these openings and when they do arise they are implemented as actual shortcuts. The track flows very well and i think your experience playing really lended well to designing the track! The only things i can think that can be improved is removing that flying boost pad (I dont think you can actually use it) and adding some unique music. I know we can add custom music in RR UEFN but if/when that becomes an option it would really add to the theme! This is better than most of the official Epic tracks!

Might play for some free stuff but I am not an unreal racer. Best I can do is diamond either because of skill or time I am willing to invest. I have my doubts about this mode. Personally I am playing more rocket league over this game.

11:04 is that a Greek Mythology map? It might be maybe that person created that map to fit the theme of the BR season

One of the bug fixes I took note of was "Made fixes to prevent access to unintended parts of tracks." Unintended parts of the tracks like how people were bypassing the barrier? Or like an extra rock or canopy around some turn on map X, Y, Z?

Raced you a few weeks ago, You beat me but that's going to change next time ! We Need better tracks....like what the game needs the current tracks for Season Zero where way to easy. Especially in Elite Rank or Higher tracks. We need More tracks like Olympus Tilted Puddle Jumper 2 and Anaconda. They Def need to add a new skin to bring back people. And Prob get Rid of Other cars slapping you around also this turned off my wife and her friends from playing to much.

this mode was fun in the beginning. once i became diamond 3. getting to elite was impossible without drifting even while driving straight. thats why i stopped

Racing mini-pass would fix player base. Festival got 2 mini-passes already AND a grindy set of extra quests to force daily play. It's no coincidence that mode draws more players...

Rocket Racing needs to have a Rocket Racing pass that has multiple pages that you won't be able to get all the rewards in it until the end of the Rocket Racing season to keep people playing Rocket Racing now yes you'll be able to get some rewards as you keep playing but there would be new Rocket Racing challenges every week or every few weeks to get rewards from the pass

The only reason this mode exists is so they can sell car skins and to make matters worse this mode is a total flop, the biggest proof of this is that they haven't announced as a new season so they dont need to add to much changes

It's still early but I kept getting into six player races in gold one and only kept getting 1%. before the update it was 11 to 10 players. hopefully if I wait it'll go back up

I'm scared of the future, I haven't even see one of the new tracks on rank, They reworked some old tracks and they are bug, I thought I needed to go from Bronze to Unreal all over again but after one single race I was place on D1 10%, Now I feel just like I was before, Stuck with no real insentive to play more than my love for the game because I think is really enjoyable but things dont look bright :(

There is a map that is unplayable at the moment , I forget the name but while playing it, after a certain check point you get stuck and can no longer continue the race forcing you to leave the match and potentially lose some rank progress 🤦🏻‍♂️ overall , I love some of the new maps . dislike a couple and will continue to play lol
