The rythmic guitar player has a military background cause it was his whole life. Both his parents were in the military so he grew up in a military base Edit: his name is Zoltan

Zoltan is an MMA fighter, also does hand to hand combat training for the military. He is truly a BADASS! Also writes all the riffs for the band, actually it is HIS band. His winnings from MMA fighting is what financed the band and where the name 5FDP came from.

Well when you change the singer it becomes a completely different band. You can replace drummers and guitarist but you change the singer and the sound is completely different.

He said LIVE in concert 4 months ago after bringing his kids on stage that they are making ONE more album and then he is retiring to spend more time with his kids. Touring takes him away and after getting sober 5 years ago he’s ready to make up for all the time he missed out on when they were little. They need their Dad now. I respect him for it and I’m so glad I’m seeing them with Metallica in November before he retires.

Why? Every 5FDP album sounds the same. There are the 3 songs about killing it, crushing it or burning it down. Then the song where he is sad about his life after doing those things. Then a song about how you don't understand, respect or like him. Then the song about breaking it down. Song about going full bore at life. Song about him apologizing for being everything he wants to not be. I actually like them, lol, but man every album he says it will sound like nothing you ever heard. He needs to go back to Motograter, now that is something to yell about. Hell I would even take Ghost Machine.

I am also a FFDP fan🤘. I got to see FFDP live at Mayhem festival when they co-headlined with Rob Zombie back in 2013. They are bada$$ when seeing their concert in person.

ever get a chance catch a Slipknot or parkway drive concert. if youre into those style of music. which imo if youre a FFDP fan should like parkway drive basically same style of music.

I saw 5fdp for my birthday last year and Ivan was celebrating his daughter's bday on stage with her. It was simply an electrifying concert from beginning to end. Band was tight, Ivan gave soul wrenching, powerful, emotional vocals. Just golden performances. The Best!

lmfao right? i wonder when they are going to record actual drums, rather their normal overly processed programed drums, only time drums are ever played in that band is when the drummer is "lip syncing" the drums live on stage, cause its bluntly obvious they have a backing drum track being played live and not audio from the drummer himself, ffdp suuuuuuucks XD
