Thank you Sherie! Yeah I also love the outdoors and nature. My wife and I go camping and hiking and exploring and hunting and fishing all the time. Also gardening and working in the yard. It’s so much better than sitting inside watching tv or playing on the phone!! Lol I’m ready for warmer weather up here in NJ though!! ☀️☀️😎☺️

Hello from the rising sun Japan another awesome video. I love fossils. When I was a kid I used to collect fossils and stones. I used to polishing rocks and making jewelry when I was a kid.

Black Point in Narragansett RI is a great rockhounding spot! I personally do a lot of mine at a less unknown beach in warwick just bc that’s the area I live. Amazing finds!

Favorite place to get perfectly rounded smooth rocks is hands down horse neck beach in cape cod . It’s hard to actually walk because there’s so much you want to pick up and examine! Recommend!

The first big gray rock. Take it to someone. Looks like a fossil. But not as old as dinosaurs. Love the petrified wood and crystal as well as the garnet. Good luck on that piece

@@willstreasures7986 That’s awesome! It’ll be my first time there. They didn’t have any cabins available so we’re doing tents. That’s cool your going in the summer.

Great fun Patriot! I collected so many rocks and minerals I finally started a decorative path outside my house with all the treasures. Some of those look like they are petrified wood! Thanks for sharing bud, and that garnet rock was the coolest! 😎

Very cool. I love rockhounding too. The most common fossil I find here in Idaho is horned corral. Find a lot of crystals and a few geodes too😎. If you’re ever in Idaho, hit me up and we’ll go on an adventure 😎

Wow, that was awesome. I like to see the different hobbies. The first gray rock with the lines in it, I wonder if it's fossilized whale baleen. I've never seen a fossilized specimen. And I'm no expert, lol. Thank you for sharing your adventure. 👍

I saw one guy put a rock with a bunch of garnets on it into some sort of acid and it ate away some of the other rock and left the garnets untouched. Do you know anything about that and if it would work on the shist to expose more of the garnet?
