Unfortunately (or fortunately), they really only mixed a few guitars, a few drummers, and one or two bass to the foreground. Everything else is way in the background, if at all. This is a great example of too many cooks spoil the soup. It was a good final mix, however. I wonder what it sounded like live.

Watching this concert on KZfaq literally pulled me put of a dark hole, even if only for a day. It made me smile, it made me cry, it made me feel! I will forever be grateful for what these amazing people have created. I only wish I could find a way to experience this in person with all of them. I had the chance to be in the crowd for this amazing concert and I'll always remember how f*cking LOUD and HYPED the crowd was on "We will rock you" & "Seven nation army". People sang their lungs out. You barely hear it in this video for Queen's song and just a little at the beginning of SNA but dammit that was a total blast!

You will notice,everyone has some form of headphone,in that earpiece,they hear whats called a click track....keeps them in time...especially drummers.

I'm 64 yrs old now, and would have wished I had known about this concert back in 19, I would have been there in France. I'm a true Red/White & Blue American and I thank this ensemble for bringing back part of my journey into adulthood- you kids rocked the house- 10 stars. Thank you.

They kinda do that. Not a world tour per se, but they organize it in different cities around the world with local musicians (free to enter as long as you pass the audition and there's free spots for the even you want)

Actually, In the history of music itself. In the appreciation of music, The performance of music. Never before has there been a participation of a performance of musicians of this magnitude in the history of mankind. Something more along the lines of Woodstock, unbiased, without division or segregation of anykind. Just people of every facet, coming together and enjoying themselves. It's a shame this doesn't transpire into peoples daily lives. Maybe they have started something? Maybe we should keep the idea growing? #SOWTHESEED

Alas, I noticed that there's a stand with a tablet in front of some of the singers which I imagine might at least hold the setlist if not the lyrics for the songs as well. But yes, the musicians definitely seem to have memorized all their stuff.

@@AgilDogsVideo It's not easy and also it's not impossible if you have an ear for music (which they do, since they're singers). If you have or knew the theater kids in high school, memorizing all the lyrics to all of the songs (and some of the dialogue) from entire hit Broadway musicals was something they did all the time and you wouldn't call the average teenager a professional, would you?

It's impossible to memorize all the lyrics and many of the musicians aren't native English speakers or in the case of the French songs they are not french native speakers. We usually play two songs from local rock bands from the country where the concert takes place.

Possibly the most epic thing I have ever seen. Watch the different sections, guitarist are jumping around, bassist are bassist and singers are all over but the shots of the percussion section are memerising because the beat is the beat.

Divergent opinions. This is who we are...it's not about science or research, music and entertainment, are emotional. You like this, dislike that, what else. Have you asked all of 944 thumbs down, about their reason? No? Well, because it doesn't matter! What you feel, think, do is on "your own"! We waste so much time, for trying to understand or judge the preference of strangers! Yes, we are living beings, our need to get affection, is evolutionary. Reflecting issues, a powerful tool. Don't let dragging down yourself- enjoy... Don't take it seriously, no obidiance, to any of my suggestions. Some people get overwhelmed, by a big show with fun and a lot of energy. Otherones, not necessarly even less, discussing the point, what is it about to be an artist, making everything on "your own". The aspects beside that, the motivation to create a bunch of enthusiats, aren't substancial at all... Wether, if we blame cognitive dissonance, or similiar effects, we shouldn't fear the difference! The common sense is the solution. We can stand the dissonance...😀

Having witnessing the Stooges several times a very long time ago (1969), never in a million years would I have thought that a song of theirs would one day be played in concert by a band of 1000.
